We have 2 new babies today!
Not even 12 hours after their birth, they're climbing out of their cage.
Well, we had to separate daddy chinchilla from mommy chinchilla because he was being naughty. Now he's totally ticked off and trying to break out of his cage!
OK, we've had kittens, baby gerbils, baby hamsters, etc. But baby chinchillas are totally freaking. They come out fully furry, eyes open and teeth! Man, I wouldn't want to breastfeed those little suckers. On top of that, less than a day old and they kept crawling up the side of their cage and escaping. Unbelievable!
